Having doubts is a mental state.

Accept a lingering uncertainty as either true or false. There is no uncertainty when you see your doubt as white. Accept fate by visiting it as dark. You accept it in any case and go on.

Doubt is a gray area. Grey is something that is neither white nor black. Now, how to resolve a doubt? Accept a doubt as both black and white. See your doubt as white, and there is no doubt. See the doubt as black and receive it. Either way, you get it and pass it on.

See anybody as both straightforward or dishonest and be given them. Then your thought is quiet. Then, you are no longer in the gray vicinity of doubt. Have conviction: “He is dishonest, but he is nonetheless phase of me. I take delivery of him as he is.” Doubt is an unstable kingdom with footing neither on this shore nor that shore. From there, anxiety arises.

Doubt is a nation of mind. Do you be aware of when this kingdom of thought is present? It is when we are body-conscious or body-bound and unaware of the lifestyles inside us. Doubt is that the realm of view, the place it is now, is not wholly alive. Answers can’t fulfill doubt. Hearing and seeing can’t do away with doubt.

Have you seen that you typically doubt solely delicate matters in your life? You do not have to look at poor things. You suspect a person’s honesty, and you trust in his dishonesty. When anybody is dissatisfied with you, you no longer doubt his anger. But when anyone says he loves you, a doubt creeps in: Does he love me? When you are depressed, do you ever think: Am I depressed? No, you take your melancholy as a fact. Yet when you are happy, you doubt: Am I thrilled? Is this absolutely what I wanted?

See this tendency to doubt the tremendous matters in your life. Put doubt in its applicable region and doubt the doubts. Doubt the bad and put your confidence greater in the positive.

When the prāna is low, you experience unfulfilled, and your thought is stuffed with doubts. When the pressure in you is dull, the wick in the lamp goes down; what do you do? On the day you do pranayama or Sudarshan Kriyā, you are so alive. Have you observed it? Every mobile phone in your physique is active, and there is no doubt in the mind. You sense so wonderful. There is no breakup in your consciousness. Doubt motives this cut up in our consciousness. A component is awake, and any other enormous element is asleep — the unfulfilled nation of consciousness. And when the prāna is complete, you are so fulfilled. So when you have doubts, do extra sādhanā or religious practices. You’ll right away see the shift in your consciousness.
